postal forward plan, all postal forward
service is based on Pay-As-You-Go.

The Registered Office Mail deposit £ 20 not
include, the use of Faster Payment System to
make refund balance of deposit within 14
days when the termination procedure and
complete documents.
The Post Office mail forwarding is required
to pay for each time by Direct Debit.

The customer should provide the proof of
identity and proof of address in
Original or Certified True
Copy for our due diligence purpose. |
5. |
For all mails those need entrust forwarding
by us, or the customer entrusts to forward
any mail by themselves, the customer needs
to refer to the terms of service of the
relevant transportation company. If
international customs clearance is required,
customer needs to make a declaration by
themselves. |
6. |
Only the authorise person can collect any
mail / parcel inside the office. The Photo
ID must be presented (accepted: Passport, GB
/ NI / EEA Driving License). |
7. |
In our service terms and condition, our
Company do not allow the customer using our
Director Service Address (including Basic
Plus and Full Plan) to register the private
mailing service. Our Company reserves the
rights of discretion to provide the reduce
service for minor case, but the following
condition may make the mail return:

The recipient detail is not in full
If the sender wrote the recipient
name is not in full, for example the
legal name is TAI MAN CHAN, his
non-official initial name is PETER.
The sender just wrote in PETER CHAN,
TAI CHAN or PETER TAI CHAN we should
return to sender and states as
UNREACHED PERSON. Please note that
our Company DO NOT RETURN if the
sender also wrote the customer's
Company Name. |
(b) |
Direct Mail under the personal name
only
If the customer using the Director
Service Address as the Direct Mail
register service (such as
Supermarket / Drug and Beauty
Store), our Company reserves the
rights to return when our Company
collect more than 5 incoming during
the same calendar month. |

In order to fully implement the
anti-money laundering policy of the UK
and EU, please provide the wealth proof
if the share capital is more than
£1,000, such as bank statement or
financial statement that is exceed
£1,000. We may reject your
application due to the inability to
provide those detail. |
9. |
Our Company do not allow the customer using
our Address (either of any service plan) as
the Vehicle Insurance, DVLA Great Britain or
DVA Northern Ireland Vehicle Registered
Address. If the customer's vehicle is under
the Company Name, the customer should inform
our Company for specific arrangement without
additional cost.
If our Company discover the customer using
the Address as Vehicle Insurance, DVLA Great
Britain or DVA Northern Ireland, such as the
authorisation of open the non-Official Mail
and discover the PCN (Penalty Charge Notice)
/ DVLA Great Britain Letter / DVA Northern
Ireland Letter / Vehicle Insurance Letter,
our Company may reserves the rights to
refuse or termination the customer's
subscription. |
10. |
Please inform us within 7 working days when
the customer change the Register's
information (including Change of Appointment
/ Termination of Director, Change of
Director's Personal Detail). |
11. |
The customer should use Bank Transfer, Card
or Direct Debit to settle our invoice. |
12. |
All mail forwarding are using the Customer
Name for the registered name of sender. |

14. |
The customer select any mail forwarding
method, if those mails are forwarded to a
non-EU/United Kingdom area, the customer
needs to provide a list of export customs
clearance. Our branch will not verify the
relevant customs declaration information or
assume the relevant customs clearance due
diligence. |
15. |
Our Company only prepare, submit the
documents that those information provided by
applicant and collect the filed documents.
If the application is rejected by
government, we will no any responsibility to
make refund or compensation. |
16. |
We cannot be accept that the customer who
are operating in "Trust". |
17. |
All registered mails need to be signed with
the customer's name. |
18. |
This page is for the market in United
Kingdom only, we reserved the rights to make
amendment and without any notify in advance. |
19. |
The fee schedule start from 29 April
2024, there will not be notified when
any changes. |
