SERVICE NOTE AND REMARK

 
 

1.

The currency is in Sterling.  Any one of director who are the residence in Northern Ireland, Great Britain, Isle of Man, Channel Island and European Union should pay the additional VAT 20%.

2.

The customer should provide the proof of identity and proof of address in Original or Certified True Copy for our due diligence purpose.

3.

The "Day" means "Working Day" and start from the next working day of Applicant Day, it is not including Saturday, Sunday, Northern Ireland Bank Holidays and Bad Weather Working Suspension Day issue by England Government.  All working hour does not including the Transportation of Documents.  All of the Documents should use Courier to delivery.  For the Registered Mail will be delivery to outside of United Kingdom.

4.

A Section 12 notice is a notice that must be served on the beneficial owner by an officer of the entity.  We can't serve you the notice, but we can provide you with the wording so you can comply with the relevant parts of the law.

5.

Unless the application reject by us, the fee will not be refund when the Companies House reject because the problem status cause by the Director(s) or Shareholder(s).

6.

We will conduct customer due diligence.  If the customer cannot pass the sanctions list of the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United Nations, the individual or legal entity will not be able to apply for the company's services.

7.

We only provide the document services, document registration and application for relevant confirmation documents based on the customer's requirements.  If the customer's application is not approved by the Companies House, the company will not make any refund or compensation.

8.

The fee schedule start from 22 April 2024, there will not be notified when any changes.
