Service by Online and inside the Office customer |
|

We are happy to refund the deposit when we confirm
the customer move-out the address, but should
following the below step: |

Filed the AD01 / DS01 / any Director Service Address
Customer should complete filing of AD01 / DS01 / any
Director Service Address to proof the address
already move-out, or DS01 for strike-off. |

|
|
2. |
Inform us to collect back the deposit
Customer should inform us by the system, and input
the information that required. |
|
|
|
3. |
Checking
Our staff should check the information and
processing time is around 2-3 working days. |
|
|
|

Issue of Payment |
|
|
|
|
(a) |
UK Bank Account Payment
All deposit refund by Faster Payment, it is expected
for 1 working day. |
|
|
|
|
(b) |
International Payment
Overseas refund should through Western Union by Post
Office ®, the Director should be the collector.
We would deduct £5 for Cash Refund and collect at
any Western Union Agency with 10 digital SMS
collection code, it is expected for 3 working day.
For bank-in service would deduct £9 and processing
time expected for 5 working days. |

Time
Limit
The Companies House's system shown the Form AD01 /
DS01 / any Director Service Address registration
date is on the last day of service period or before,
can have rights to get back the deposit. The time
limit to apply is 14 days. We cannot be process the
refund of deposit when the AD01 / DS01 / any
Director Service Address was filed after the day of
end of service period, or over 14 days of time
limit. The payment refunds are based on each
transaction only, our system cannot handle
centralised processing and group refund. |

Customer have the statutory rights to cancel the
service within 14 days under "The Customer Contracts
(Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)
Regulations 2013". We would happy to make fast
refund to your payment card by online or to you by
inside the Office by the following complete step: |

Reporting to the Companies House
Customer should move out the Registered Office
address and / or Virtual Office address to elsewhere
by complete filing of Form AD01 delivery to the
Companies House "Received for Filing" within 14 days
from date of payment. |

Customer should inform the Hedi Lee's staff by email
for the cancellation of service without any reason
within 21 days from date of payment. |

|
|
3. |
Deduction of Cancellation Fee
We will be issued a refund minus the non-refundable
£50 administration fee to cover our costs in
carrying out these identity checks. All
government filing fee (if any) on behalf of us to
collect would be fully refund when we still not make
payment to the Government. We are happy to provide
any evidence for any payment record to the
Government. |

All inside the office customer should refund to your
UK Bank Account by Direct Debit for UK Residence or
UK Postal Order for non-UK Residence of the First
UK-based Director.
No any cash refund available. |

Exception
We cannot issue any refund when the Companies
House's database do not show any complete filed Form
AD01 as the evidence to show the Registered Office
address and / or Virtual Office address had been
move elsewhere. |

Customer have the statutory rights to cancel the
service within 14 days under "The Customer Contracts
(Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)
Regulations 2013". We would happy to make fast
refund to your payment card by the following
complete step: |

Request cancel the service immediately before you
confirm the documents and / or services
Customer should not be confirm any documents and /
or services by email issue from us. Once the
customer confirm and consent loss of right to cancel
the documents and / or services, the documents and /
or services the system will complete immediately,
the right to cancel can be lost during the
cancellation period because the service is provided
in full. If the customer only confirm the documents
and / or services but do not consent loss of right
to cancel, we will start the service on day 15 of
first confirm date, the customer may facing loss of
proposed Company Name or other unexpected unusual
conditions and we only issue the fully refund since
the service reject. |

any customer |

Customer have the statutory rights to cancel the

Regulations 2013". We would happy to make fast
refund to your payment card by the following

Inform and request to return
Customer should inform us by email and request to
return to us within 14 days from the date of
receipt. The online customer has the additional
statutory rights to send back the item within 28
days from the date of receipt. All return product
should be in good condition, unseal and resalable. |

|

Collection by Royal Mail / Drop-off at Post Office ®
We would happy to provide the free label (mainly
Second Class Post Signed For) to customer and
arrange the Royal Mail to make collect. You can also
use the QR Code and print the label at any Royal
Mail Delivery Office or Post Office®. You should
ensure it is repacked and avoid any loose. |

We collect the return
We will arrange the refund when the product complete
return and inspection.
All return bags would be video recording before open
until complete inspection. We reserve the rights to
send to customer again when any loss items and
provide the video recording proof. |

SERVICE REJECT AND REFUND POLICY |

We would make fully refund to customer when we
reject the customer subscription. We would issue the
refund payment to your payment card by online
customer, or UK Bank Account by Direct Debit for UK
Residence by inside Office customer of the First
UK-based Director, or UK Postal Order for non-UK
Residence by inside Office customer of the First
UK-based Director. No any cash refund available. |

All "inside the Office" meaning the customer make
transaction deal inside the operator of Hedi Lee
Services UK Limited's office, all other offices do
not operate by Hedi Lee Services UK Limited, please
refer to those refund policy. For example, if you
are apply any UK's Service but apply inside any
Macau Branch Office, it is because the Macau Branch
Office is not operate by Hedi Lee Services UK
Limited, you do not have rights under "The Customer
Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional
Charges) Regulations 2013" protection. |
