applicant should provide the Identity Proof
and Address Proof ORIGINAL or
CERTIFIED TRUE COPY to us for
inspection.

will count as once service when client only
select Form AP01 or AP02 and TM01 or TM02
together. |

Applicant should
complete the "Client Due Diligence"
documents and our group will appoint
the third party system to verify the "Client
Due Diligence" to complete the law
requirement.

not apply to the Current Client) |

The
standard service time is mostly complete
within same day. |

The applicant should
use Bank Transfer (only for Faster Payment
System) / Credit Card /
International Money Transfer (only accept in
Sterling) to settle our
invoice. |
7. |
Unless the
application reject by us, the fee will not
be refund when the Companies House reject
because the problem status cause by the
Director(s) or Shareholder(s). |

The fee
is only offer for Change of Director only. |
9. |
Our Group will not accept the following
Individual or Company from listed Country to
use the service: Cuba / Iran / Syria / North Korea
/ Northern Sudan / Crimea Region / Myanmar / Zimbabwe
/ Belarus / Russia / Ukraine. |

Our Company only prepare, submit the
documents that those information provided by
applicant and collect the filed documents.
If the application is rejected by
government, we will no any responsibility to
make refund or compensation. |
