Why we need to collect the documents?

Regards the law requirement, we need to collect your personal particulars for the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations. Even though our Company will not involve your money, it still needs to perform relevant mandatory identification services. All documents must in English.

We require 2 separate forms of ID - you CANNOT use the same ID for Proof of Identity and Proof of Address. Please provide the Original or Certified True Copy to us.

Current Passport (information detail page and signature page only)
European Economic Area (EEA) or Swiss national identity card (excluding Romanian and Greek National Identity Cards)
Travel Documents (issued in the UK by the Home Office)
Current full UK / ROI / Isle of Man / Channel Island photocard driving license

Council Tax Bill or Rent Payment Book for the property the customer resides at
Utility bill (gas / electric / water / landline telephone) (mobile network bill not accepted) *
Current full UK / EU / EEA photocard driving license and show the full address on section number 8
Bank Statement (FSCS UK / ROI / Macau / Common Law Jurisdiction area) *
Building Society Statement (UK and ROI only)
Mortgage Statement (under UK / Macau / Common Law Jurisdiction area)

The fee for certify should bear by client.

Scan your Passport and Address Proof clearly by your scanner
Hold the Passport and Selfie
Minimum of expire date of Passport must be one year
Provide the Address Proof within one month of issuing date and present the envelope with clear Post Date Chop
Record the video for one message (please follow the instruction)

Accept Country of Passport: United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Gibraltar, People's Republic of China, Republic of Portuguese, Canada, France, Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Republic of China (Taiwan), Japan, BVI, Singapore and Malaysia .
