Customer who
are apply the IOSS (Import One Stop Shop),
are required to present the following member
states of EU VAT number but the Company
which are registered outside the following
member states: Austria / Belgium / Bulgaria
/ Croatia / Cyprus / Czechia / Denmark /
Estonia / Finland / France / Germany /
Greece / Hungary / Ireland / Italy / Latvia
/ Lithuania / Luxembourg / Malta /
Netherlands / Northern Ireland / Poland /
Portugal / Romania / Slovakia / Slovenia /
Spain / Sweden. Please note that Great
Britain / Norway / Switzerland are not
the members of OSS. |

Applicant
should complete the "Client Due Diligence"
documents and our group will appoint the
third party system to verify the "Client Due
Diligence" to complete the law requirement. |
6. |
The "Day"
means "Working Day" and start from the next
working day of Applicant Day, it is not
including Saturday, Sunday, England Public
Holidays and Bad Weather Working Suspension
Day issue by England Government. All
working hour does not including the
Transportation of Documents. All of
the Documents should use Tracked Post to
delivery. |

The applicant
should use Direct Debit to settle our
invoice. All other payment method, such as
Card Payment, Bank Transfer, Cash Deposit at
Bank are not acceptable. |
8. |
Unless the
application reject by us, the fee will not
be refund when the HMRC reject because the
problem status cause by the Director(s) or
Shareholder(s). |
9. |
Our Group will not accept the following
Individual or Company from listed Country to
use the service: Cuba / Iran / Syria / North Korea
/ Northern Sudan / Crimea Region / Myanmar / Zimbabwe
/ Belarus / Russia / Ukraine. |
10. |
Our Company only prepare, submit the
documents that those information provided by
applicant and collect the filed documents.
If the application is rejected by
government, we will no any responsibility to
make refund or compensation. |

This page is

The fee schedule
