Note: All of the incoming is underpayment, client should collect at the Post Office and pay the adjustment fee by the specific collecting card.  We can collect for and on behalf of client and need to pay £20 (VAT exclude) plus underpayment.

Attention: Since the collecting card cannot show the sender information, we will not contact the client for further re-confirmation (unless the client request contact, but you are also need to pay the service fee £20 (VAT exclude) when you decline to collect).

For all mails those need entrust forwarding by us, or the client entrusts to forward any mail by themselves, the client needs to refer to the terms of service of the relevant transportation company.  If international customs clearance is required, client needs to make a declaration by themselves.


Applicant should use Bank Transfer / Credit Card / International Money Transfer to settle our invoice.  The Hong Kong and Macau Branch of our Group will not be collect any fee.


All mail forwarding are using the Client Name for the registered name of sender.


The client select any mail forwarding method, if those mails are forwarded to a non-EU/United Kingdom area, the client needs to provide a list of export customs clearance.  Our branch will not verify the relevant customs declaration information or assume the relevant customs clearance due diligence.


Our Group will not accept the following Individual or Company from listed Country to use the service: Cuba / Iran / Syria / North Korea / Northern Sudan / Crimea Region / Myanmar / Zimbabwe / Belarus / Russia / Ukraine.


All registered mails need to be signed with the client's seal, and our Company can engrave the relevant seal for free arrangement.  When the client terminates the service, the relevant seal will also be given to the client unconditionally.


This page is for the market in England and Wales only, we reserved the rights to make amendment and without any notify in advance.


The fee schedule start from 1 August 2020, there will not be notified when any changes.
